Fitness
is a term of art used by the fitness industry to describe various types of
exercise and training. Fitness is also related with the Exercise. Fitness is
defined as "a state of optimal health and optimum physical
performance." Fitness and exercise are important for all age groups like
Men, Women, and, Children. This is the result of an individual's physical
and mental effort. Although it may seem like a simple concept, fitness is
highly complex it involves the body, mind, spirit, and community. Many people
think of fitness as only physical activity. However, there are many aspects to
fitness that can impact your health and well-being. Generally speaking, anyone
who has ever exercised will tell you that it requires more than just physical
activity. Just like dieting requires more than eating healthy food, exercising
requires more than just physically working out. Finding your niche in this vast
world of fitness can be challenging for newbie athletes and serious runners
alike. If you're new to running or want to improve your fitness or prepare for
a race or other athletic event, you'll need to find some way to integrate your
training into your daily life so that you're doing it regularly without getting
bored or burnt out.
Fitness and Exercise Benefits |
In general terms, fitness involves:
1) A lifestyle: choosing a path that suits who you are (i.e., not
too hardcore nor too casual)

physical activity (i.e., aim for about 30 minutes each day)
3) Set goals: define when you want to start exercising (for
example, if you're starting at 5 am get up at 5 am; otherwise get up around 6
am), how long you plan on exercising (possible goals include 1-week cycles;
2-weeks cycles; 2 months cycles; etc.)
4) Keep your goals in mind while following the path: keep track of
things like sleeping schedules so that there aren't any sudden changes in what
you do outside of exercise (e.g., eating habits change between workouts)
